Role & Responsibility:
✓Call potential customer to offer your Product/Service✓ Consulting, answering customers’ questions, best meeting the needs of customers
✓ Manage customer information and continuously update on the database system
✓ Build good relationships with customers by best meeting the needs of customers goods and timely complaint handling
✓ Coordinate with sales staff and employees of other departments to achieve business goals
✓ Report to level
Requirement:
✓ Graduated from universities/colleges.
✓ Experience working in the position of Telesales staff or other sales/care-related positions
Customer care
✓ Proficient in sales, communication and negotiation skills
✓ Calm, able to handle rejected situations or problems that arise
✓ Being able to use English is advantageous.
